during winter time we move our papermaking business to our house: to the old cellar with an arched ceiling. we stay here till summer, there isn’t much room here but it’s warm.
it’s after all the most inspiring place in our house. oh and we’ve got the entire assortment of young artist’s tools here: brushes, all sorts of paints, processed fibers, corks, boxes, sponges, trinkets, scraps, everything – truly everything.
and what’s more, there’s a big press – not only for bookbinding – that’s vintage mangle wringer and a (funded) paper cutter. and plenty of kids to make it complete.
